福建敖峰闽榕茶业有限公司（原福州市城门敖峰闽榕茶厂）由先祖闽王（王审
知）后人王德星（传承大师）创办三十多年以来，依托名茶大省福建及茉莉花之乡福州、独特的地理优势，传承千年传统制茶和窨制茉莉花茶工艺，融合现代科技不断创新独特的茉莉花茶窨制技术并取得发明专利(专利号:200910044159.2)，长期与中华全国供销总社杭州茶叶研究院联合开展专项研发,先后在福建霞浦、寿宁、福鼎、安溪等地海拔八百多米左右的高山建立3万多亩云雾纯天然有机、绿色、无公害茶园基地，另与中国林业科学研究院热带林业研究所蒋有绪院士、福建省农科院、福建农林大学联合在福州闽江浦口湿地种植近千亩绿色生态的单、多瓣品种茉莉花示范基地并成立省级院士工作站。
Fujian Aofeng Minrong Tea Co., Ltd. (formerly Fuzhou Chengmen Aofeng Minrong Tea Factory) was established more than thirty years ago by Wang Dexing (master of inheritance), the descendant of Wang Shenzhi, the ruler of Fujian in the Five Dynasties. Relying on unique geographic advantage as locating in Fuzhou (the hometown of jasmine) of Fujian (a famous tea-planting province), we have created a special technique for processing jasmine tea by combining the tea workmanship over one thousand years with modern technology and patent of invention (patent No.: 200910044159.2) has been approved. In addition, we have been cooperating with the National Hangzhou Tea Research Institute on special research and development for a long time and have founded more than 30,000 Mu (1 Mu is about 666.7 m2) of natural and pollution-free green tea bases at alpine areas at an elevation of more than 800m such as Xiapu, Shouning, Fuding and Anxi of Fujian Province in succession. We also have developed a demonstration base covering about one thousand Mu for planting single-lobe and multi-lobe jasmine varieties at Pukou Wetland, Minjiang River of Fuzhou together with Jiang Youxu, an academician of Research Institute of Tropical Forestry Chinese Academy of Forestry, Fujian Academic of Agricultural Sciences and Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, and a Provincial level academician workstation has been established there.
